I worked with three other students to create an interactive task board with I2C-enabled LCDs in the spring of 2019. Our objective was to address pain points associated with using the rudimentary whiteboard on the campus farm. We enabled users to easily log their name, crop, quantity harvested, and timestamp via the BlueTerm Android app. My contributions encompassed laser-cutting the acrylic body, designing the circuit, writing the code for the Arduino Uno in C++, and assembling the entire unit.
