PALLETIZING SYSTEM

I joined forces with product managers and field application engineers to deploy Rapid Robotics' first automated palletizing solution within a tight four-month schedule. The core of this work cell featured a UR10e robotic arm mounted on a Robotiq seventh-axis tower, coupled with an Omron vision inspection system. My primary responsibilities involved comprehensive system modeling using SolidWorks, the design of fixtures facilitating the presentation of liners and boxes to the robot, rigorous testing, and the assembly of the final product at the customer's facility.
